Zithara.AI, one of Hyderabad’s most dynamic AI startups, has announced the appointment of Mr. Ravi Bhushan Ojha as Vice President – Product Engineering. The strategic move underscores Zithara’s ambition to scale intelligent solutions for India’s vast offline-first Retail ecosystem — spanning jewelry, Automobile, Electronics, Real-estate, Wellness, Luxury and Modern Retail and local service-led enterprises.
In his new role, Ravi will lead the evolution of Zithara’s core technology offerings, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement and support automation, personalization, and real-time decision-making — all purpose-built to empower businesses that have traditionally relied on in-person customer interactions.
A seasoned technology leader, Ravi brings over 14 years of experience in enterprise software, cloud architecture, and AI-driven SaaS product development. He previously held leadership positions at Caliber Technologies, where he played a pivotal role in building scalable enterprise platforms and driving digital innovation on scale.
