Proximus Global believes this recognition reflects the company’s rapid evolution of its CPaaS, and the combined strengths of BICS, Telesign, and Route Mobile
Proximus Global has been recognized as a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS).
The recognition follows the coming together of BICS, Telesign, and Route Mobile under the Proximus Global brand, building on more than 20 years of CPaaS expertise. In 2025, its first year of recognition in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for CPaaS, the brand was placed in the Visionaries Quadrant. But following another year of integrating its individual CPaaS offerings into a single, comprehensive offering, Proximus Global believes it has quickly established itself as a prominent market player.
Seckin Arikan, CEO, Proximus Global said: “Being recognized as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for CPaaS marks an important milestone for Proximus Global and reflects the strength of what we’ve built. Through continuous innovation and the combined power of our capabilities, we’ve created a future-ready platform that enables multinational enterprises to connect, engage, and grow.”
This growth has meant a rapid rise in Proximus Global’s CPaaS outlook and its performance. Proximus Global pairs this massive global infrastructure with tailored regional support to provide “glocal” support – empowering multinational enterprises to scale around the world while navigating local market regulations, communication preferences, data residency requirements, and localized customer support needs.
Proximus Global believes its key strengths driving its leadership in the CPaaS space are:
- Global networks & data capabilities: Combined networks and data capabilities, enable superior connectivity, omnichannel engagement and fraud protection
- Deep local expertise: Present in mature and emerging markers, combining global scale with local knowledge to build dedicated use cases
- At the forefront of innovation: Heavily invested in next-gen mobile tech like 5G, IoT, eSIM, Network APIs, AI-driven fraud prevention, etc.
