Multi-year collaboration to strengthen data and AI capabilities, improve agility and drive long-term competitiveness

Dabur India Limited is collaborating with Accenture to accelerate AI adoption and build a future-ready digital enterprise. The multi-year initiative is designed to strengthen decision-making, improve business agility and unlock new opportunities for profitable growth.

The collaboration builds on Dabur’s investments in cloud and digital core modernization. Accenture will help Dabur create a scalable, unified data foundation by integrating internal, external, structured and unstructured datasets into a centralized data lake, enabling more standardized, automated and trusted data flows across the enterprise.

With this foundation, Dabur will deploy control towers and digital dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators, helping leaders monitor business health, track performance and respond faster to market shifts.

The initiative will use advanced analytics and AI to identify revenue growth and cost-optimization opportunities, improve supply chain responsiveness and strengthen end-to-end visibility across finance, procurement, marketing and sales.

Dabur will also introduce generative AI-powered conversational interfaces and assistants, making it easier for business users to query data, access insights and make data led decisions faster.

Manas Mehra, global chief information officer, Dabur India Limited said, “At Dabur, our AI strategy is focused on enabling faster, more informed decisions in response to evolving consumer expectations and dynamic market conditions. By building a digital brain on strong data foundations and advanced AI, we are embedding intelligence across the enterprise. Our collaboration with Accenture will help us sense demand more accurately, respond with greater agility and deliver sharper insights with stronger governance.”

The collaboration prioritizes high-impact, outcome-based use cases focused on value realization, spend optimization and EBITDA margin expansion. Accenture will also support Dabur in reimagining talent, operating models and governance frameworks to sustain AI-led transformation at scale.

Ankur Chaudhary, managing director and lead for Products group, India Business, Accenture said, “FMCG companies are navigating increasing complexity, from diversified portfolios to fast-changing consumer expectations. Dabur’s AI-led reinvention is both timely and strategic. By strengthening its data foundation and embedding AI into core processes, Dabur can make faster decisions, improve demand sensing and build more resilient operations, creating a stronger platform for purpose-led, profitable growth.”

The initiative extends Dabur’s multi-year digital transformation journey with Accenture and positions the company to operationalize AI at scale across the enterprise.
