Zendesk has announced the appointment of Bikram Mazumdar as Vice President for Asia, as the company strengthens its regional operations and accelerates growth across key Asian markets.
In his new role, Mazumdar will lead Zendesk’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy in the region, driving customer engagement, sales expansion, and partner ecosystem development. Based in Singapore, he will also focus on deepening the company’s presence in high-growth markets such as India, Southeast Asia, and Japan.
Mazumdar brings over two decades of leadership experience in enterprise technology, with a strong track record of scaling businesses across diverse Asian countries. Before joining Zendesk, he held senior positions at several global technology firms, where he led regional sales, operations, and strategic initiatives to deliver consistent revenue growth.
