Infosys and software delivery platform company Harness have announced a strategic collaboration aimed at helping enterprises accelerate transformation and modernization efforts through artificial intelligence-led capabilities. The partnership brings together Infosys Topaz, Infosys Cobalt and Harness AI to improve productivity, strengthen reliability and support broader AI adoption across enterprise technology programs.

The announcement was made with the intent of both companies positioning the collaboration as a response to growing enterprise demand for faster and more dependable modernization at scale. According to the companies, the combined offering is designed to help organizations unlock more value from AI as they modernize applications, infrastructure and software delivery processes.

Infosys said the collaboration will build on its existing enterprise transformation strengths through Infosys Topaz, its AI-first set of services and solutions, and Infosys Cobalt, its cloud capabilities portfolio. By integrating these with Harness AI, the companies aim to create a more streamlined path for clients seeking to improve software engineering efficiency and operational performance.

The partnership reflects a wider industry push toward combining cloud, automation and AI to reduce complexity in large-scale modernization programs. It also signals stronger demand from enterprises looking for practical AI deployments tied to measurable gains in speed, resilience and scalability rather than experimental use cases alone.

For Infosys, the move adds to its ongoing focus on enterprise digital transformation and next-generation technology services. For Harness, the alliance offers an opportunity to extend its AI-powered software delivery capabilities into larger enterprise transformation initiatives through Infosys’ global reach and client base.
