Eurotech Technologies today announced the launch of BestNet HDMI Extender over Ethernet. The HDMI Extender uses one piece of standard CAT6 / 7 (cable length up to 150M) to deliver AV content and HD signal from the DVD, HD Player, PC and other HD source set, to the display at distance. BestNet HDMI Extender over Ethernet offers greater flexibility and allows AV sources to be connected to a remote display, while supporting resolution up to 1080P/60HZ.

Easy-to-install and available in an unobtrusive and compact form factor; BestNet series of HDMI converters, switchers, extenders, matrixes and splitters are designed to make AV experience convenient, comfortable, productive and more cost-efficient. Because of its extremely low bandwidth requirements, the BestNet HDMI Extender can stream AV content over a local network and highly suited for data center control, information distribution, conferencing, educational institutions and corporate training environments.

“Integrating AV content from multiple sources, BestNet HDMI Extender over Ethernet addresses the need for low-cost and long distance HD signal transmission, with simple installation and integration, while delivering enhanced video & audio quality,” said Mr. Anuj Jain, Managing Director, Eurotech Technologies.

Multiple sources and displays can be supported by BestNet HDMI Extender over Ethernet, depending on network bandwidth and every source is accessible from any remote display, allowing point-to-multipoint and multipoint-to-multipoint interactions. The HDMI Extender follows the TCP/IP protocol to send HD Video by the local area network and supports one sender to multi receivers and cascade connection way to transmit HD Signal with the help of Ethernet switcher.
