Cornerstone’s Spring Innovation release for Cornerstone Galaxy delivers smarter administration and connected development to accelerate workforce growth

Cornerstone OnDemand Inc., today revealed the next evolution of Cornerstone Galaxy as part of its Spring 2026 Innovation release. Designed to build and expand the value AI can bring as a multiplier within organizations, the new features add assistive and agentic capabilities allowing organizations to drive faster skilling and talent development. With the new Adaptive Learning Agent and AI-Powered Course Assistant, Cornerstone embeds contextual intelligence directly into learning, development, and administration.

“AMS is committed to leveraging AI to build future-ready workforces that can adapt and thrive at speed and scale,” Nikki Hall, CHRO at AMS. “Cornerstone’s Spring Innovation release, with its AI multiplier capabilities like the Adaptive Learning Agent, is a critical enabler for achieving our Talent strategy. These tools are crucial for driving greater precision and efficiency in upskilling, strategic workforce planning, and proactively closing critical skills gaps for our colleagues globally.”

“Every training and enablement platform is moving toward AI-native platforms, but the corporate world is currently sitting on a $trillion of legacy content,” said Josh Bersin, founder and CEO, the Josh Bersin Company.  “Much of that content is industry compliance, certification, and credentialed material that cannot be changed immediately. Cornerstone, by making it possible to convert non-compliance content to AI-native but also keep the traditional compliance program in the same platform, gives companies a bridge from the current world to the promised world of native-AI learning.”

With the latest Spring Innovation release of Cornerstone Galaxy, organizations and their employees can:

Accelerate Learning and Skilling: Leveraging both assistive and agentic AI, the new Course Assistant and Adaptive Learning Agent allow organizations to turn learning into an ongoing, supported process that drives consistency, confidence, and informed action.

Apply knowledge in context: With the AI-powered Course Assistant, employees can ask questions, clarify meaning, and apply knowledge in context, without leaving the learning experience.

Create ongoing opportunities to advance skills: The Adaptive Learning Agent creates role and skill-specific learning spaces with AI-driven content recommendations, quizzes, and role-play experiences with no extra curation or administrative work. Employees can practice real conversations and scenarios, demonstrate readiness, and turn individual expertise into shared, reusable knowledge, transforming learning into an ongoing, supported process.

Create more engaging experiences: A singular, personalized view featuring assigned compliance training, development goals, recommended content, and learning history creating clarity and momentum for employees. Individuals can track skill progress, earn achievements, and receive intelligent nudges that keep development engaging, focused, and aligned to their growth path.

Drivefaster decision making: Admins improve workforce and operational performance with an ability to turn signals into insight, action, and guidance. Cornerstone Galaxy transforms a centralized command center into an operating system that makes reporting more conversational, creating development plans that translate aspirations into concrete steps, efficiently manages compliance risks, monitors programs in progress, and identifies and provides access to key reports, all without navigating between tools.

“Organizations are under pressure to move at the speed promised by AI; build new skills, streamline administrative workflows and prove readiness at every level,” said Himanshu Baxi, Chief Development Officer at Cornerstone. “With this release, the Cornerstone Galaxy platform is adaptive to meet transformation needs in every step of the journey, built into how people learn, how managers develop their teams, and how leaders manage risk. We are helping our customers turn development into measurable business progress.”
