NETGEAR has announced the appointment of Surajit Sen as the Head of Enterprise Business for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its enterprise networking footprint.

In his new role, Sen will be responsible for driving NETGEAR’s enterprise strategy across APAC, focusing on accelerating growth, expanding channel partnerships, and enhancing customer engagement in key markets. He will also oversee the development and execution of initiatives aimed at strengthening the company’s position in cloud-managed networking and enterprise-grade connectivity solutions.

Sen brings over two decades of experience in the technology and networking industry, having held leadership roles across sales, business development, and regional management. Before joining NETGEAR, he was Regional Sales Leader – Asia (Commercial) at Zscaler. He also held senior leadership positions at Dell Technologies and NetApp, where he led APJ sales strategy, cloud partnerships, business transformation, and go-to-market initiatives.

Sen expressed enthusiasm about joining NETGEAR at a time when demand for advanced networking solutions is rapidly increasing. He highlighted the importance of innovation, customer-centric strategies, and strong partner ecosystems in driving sustainable growth across diverse APAC markets.

NETGEAR has been expanding its enterprise portfolio with a focus on scalable, cloud-managed networking solutions designed for businesses of all sizes. The appointment of Sen aligns with the company’s broader vision to enhance its enterprise capabilities and deepen its presence in high-growth regions.
