Freshworks has acquired AnsweriQ, a provider of machine learning and artificial intelligence for large enterprises, for an undisclosed sum.
This is the customer engagement software company’s 12th acquisition overall and the second in less than a year. In May 2019, Freshworks acquired Natero, a customer success management software company.
“The integration of AnsweriQ’s technology enhances our AI/ML capability in the customer engagement space and offers significant value to our customers,” said Girish Mathrubootham, Freshworks’ CEO.
AnsweriQ will help enhance customer servicing and comes on the heels of a nearly 60% year-over-year growth in billings for the company.
